Pregnancy Workouts
Just because you are pregnant, it doesn't mean you can't continue to workout. As long as your doctor has no objections, you can continue to exercise as always. If anything, exercise can be hugely beneficial to both you and your baby. Please make sure that any exercise is suitable for you and only follow reputable and qualified trainers such as the ones linked below.
