Breastfeeding

Everyone assumes that breastfeeding comes easily and naturally however, this is not always the case. If you decide you want to breastfeed whether its for a couple of months, or years, or not at all, it is completely your decision. In a research from Cardiff University using data from 102 NHS organisations, showed that a shocking 80% of mums who stop breastfeeding earlier than six months were doing so before they wanted to, due to a lack of support to encourage and guide them in continuing. So if you do want to breastfeed or are currently breastfeeding but are struggling, listed below are some of the best sites, support organisations and charities out there to help you on your breastfeeding journey.

Lanolin Nipple Cream

This is the holy grail for those who are breastfeeding. Composed of an ultra-purified grade of lanolin, the cream is ethically sourced and 100% natural without any preservatives or additives. HPA Lanolin is naturally hypoallergenic and approved by the British Allergy Foundation, which means it’s safe not only for mothers but also for babies as you can breastfeed your little one without removing the cream.
